The coaching relationship is typically a very personal relationship. Effective coaching can only be done after a relationship built on rapport and trust has been established.

The process of building this relationship is part of the coaching experience, and the coach begins to understand the client’s structure of interpretation, culture, history, focus, and motivations.

Effective communication developed in one-on-one conversations is necessary. Therefore, email coaching services are only available as a supplement and/or follow-up to current or inactive clients.

This email service is part of all coaching programs, and is offered at no additional charge to existing clients.

Clients who have completed a coaching program, may want to use this service as a follow-up to their programs, or as a means to work on new issues related to the work they have already done.

This service is available on a for-fee basis for inactive clients.
